Another benefit of booking your Monograms vacation air-inclusive is that the transfers to and from the airport to your start and end hotels are included.
Airport Transfers
If you have purchased an air-inclusive vacation (on published dates), arrival and departure transfers are included. When you touch down in your destination, we’ll get you to your hotel; then, at the end of your vacation, we’ll make sure to get you to the airport for your return flight home. If you reserve a land-only Monograms vacation, you can still purchase arrival and departure transfers. Transfers are by scheduled shuttle, minivan, private cars, or taxi.

Our Air-Inclusive Prices Provide Exceptional Value
Because of our longstanding relationships with major air carriers, our air-inclusive prices provide exceptional value. These prices are considerably lower than what you would pay if you booked your land arrangements and unrestricted air transportation separately.
Airfares
We offer low airfares for all of the destinations in this brochure from cities across the U.S. Call our Travel Consultants for information. Ask about Business class upgrades (excludes North America vacations).
Various domestic and international taxes and fees are not included in the vacation price. These taxes and fees will be added to your air-inclusive invoice as a single, per person charge. Taxes and fees are subject to change without notice and will be quoted at time of booking (please see the “Applicable Airfare Taxes & Fees” section that follows).
Please retain your ticket copy and boarding passes in the event you need them later for proof of your flights (to accumulate frequent flyer miles, for example). We are unable to supply ticket copies after your return.
Guaranteed Air-Inclusive Prices
An additional $250 non-refundable deposit is required for air booked in conjunction with any land vacation (i.e., air-inclusive vacation). However, once your airfare is confirmed and Monograms has received your full air and land deposit, your air-inclusive vacation price is guaranteed. Departure is based on the land start date as listed in the vacation itinerary. Air is only available to passengers traveling from the United States and only available when booked in conjunction with a land vacation.
Monograms reserves the right to ticket passengers upon receipt of full land and air deposit thus any subsequent changes and/or revisions to airline reservations at your request after receipt of full land and air deposit are subject to revision fees and/or airline imposed change or cancellation fees. Generally, these fees are up to $250 but in some instances may be up to 100% of the ticketed price. Please ask if any such charges apply before making changes, as all changes at your request are payable by you.
We Also Accept Your Reservation on a Land-Only Basis
Although our air-inclusive pricing offers superb value, we still want to give you freedom of choice. You may purchase our trips on a land-only basis.
Free Airport Transfers
When you book your Monograms vacation air-inclusive, the transfers from the airport to your start hotel and from your end hotel to the airport are included. Details are as follows:
Air-inclusive on published dates:
- Europe, South America, Asia, and South Pacific – Transfers are included
- North America – Transfers are included on Single-City Getaways, Multi-City Getaways, and Rail Getaways
Air-inclusive on non-published dates:
- Europe – Transfers are available for purchase when you book extra nights with Monograms before or after your vacation
- South America – Transfers are available for purchase
- Asia & South Pacific – Transfers are included
- North America – Transfers are included on Single-City Getaways, Multi-City Getaways, and Rail Getaways
Land-only clients who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct flights (but not chartered flights) may also purchase arrival and departure transfers.
Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence or payment and must be received no later than five weeks prior to departure. Time and terminals limitations are noted on the itinerary pages of this brochure.
Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Monograms. Look for confirmation of your transfer in the travel documents.
Taxes & Fees
Taxes and fees are subject to change and are not guranteed until land and air deposit are received.
Applicable Airfare Taxes & Fees
Air-inclusive prices do not include a September 11th Security Fee of up to $10, passenger facility charges of up to $18, Federal domestic flight segment fees of up to $3.50 per segment, and U.S. and International arrival and departure and other government imposed fees of up to $275, depending on your itinerary. Availability of prices in this brochure is limited, and at the time you purchase your vacation, prices may be higher. For current prices, please see our Web site. Your final air-inclusive vacation price for departures in this brochure is not guaranteed until your air schedule has been confirmed and your full air and land deposit have been received by Monograms.
