Airport Transfers
Europe
Airport transfers to Monograms hotels in London can be arranged every day of the week. In all other cities, airport transfers can be arranged only on the published arrival and departure dates. Transfers cannot be provided (except in London) when you purchase your vacation with a reduction for joining late or leaving early, or extra nights before or after your vacation.
Air-inclusive travelers for whom Monograms issues the tickets are entitled to free airport transfers as described above.
Land-only travelers who make their own air arrangements on regularly scheduled direct or nonstop transatlantic flights (but not chartered flights) into international terminals may reserve our airport transfer service (described above) at $20 one way per person. You or your travel agent should fax (303-797-0615) or send a photocopy of your transatlantic air itinerary with arrival and departure flights and dates, plus your Monograms invoice number, to the Transfer Department. For bookings made in a GDS, agents may send the information through their system. Flight details should be sent apart from other correspondence or payment and must be received no later than five weeks prior to departure. Transfers will be provided only if confirmed by Monograms. Look for confirmation of your transfer arrangements in your travel documents.
Other Destinations
On air-inclusive vacations you are entitled to free airport transfers from your outbound international flight to the first Monograms vacation hotel, and from the last hotel to your homebound international flight. These transfers are available only when you travel on the reserved group flights on regular vacation arrival and departure dates. Look for confirmation of your transfer arrangements on your Traveler Certificate. Land-only passengers may purchase arrival and departure day transfers; call our Travel Consultants for details and pricing.
