Two to three weeks prior to departure, you'll receive your Vacation Kit. This Travel Portfolio is zippered and has several pockets to help keep your important information together and safe. Inside the portfolio you will find:

- Details for your rental car pick up
- Detailed driving instructions for your vacation
- Maps and information on attractions, history, and mileage
- Flight information (if applicable), your confirmation numbers, and travel protection information (if applicable)
- Children 11 and under receive a rolling backpack that has games to keep them busy. It's kid-sized, just for them, so it's easy to maneuver in hotel lobbies
